Former assistant director of the Police Administration Zoran Lazovic and his son - a policeman Petar Lazovic They actively participated in the election "battle" for Nikšić at the beginning of 2021, fighting on the side of the Democratic Party of Socialists.
This is shown by correspondence from the once protected Sky application, through which in January of that year, while Nikšić was preparing for the local elections, Junior Lazović received a message from the account Lover.
Behind that nickname lies Zoran Žuti Đukanović, an accused member of the tobacco Grand Clan.
Đukanović warns the younger Lazović that the situation in the city is "critical".
"I don't know if you're aware of the elections in Nikšić. There are a lot of people from Serbia and they're all involved against us, along with our local scum. And they see each other every day and meet at the Trebjesa motel with DF officials and Milutin Đukanović, and it comes Mandic "A handball player and a few others. Something needs to be done, because they are really getting into trouble," he sends to the police officer on January 21.
Petar replies that he is heading towards Nikšić immediately, and Đukanović replies that he is going to Podgorica shortly, but that he will return "to the field" the same day.
On that day, and in the following days, in the context of pre-election activities, the man from Nikšić complained about almost all the opposition parties and their officials.
"Up at the Trebjesa motel, here comes the Skoda Superb, BG 1578 ZO. They meet there all day, and if we need to take a recording or anything, let me know. And Kosanović "Now he passes in front of you, drive at full throttle," he writes to the policeman with whom he apparently had a falling out on the Nikšić-Podgorica road.
Petar then reproaches him for meeting with this Kosanović, near Kruševica in Šavnik, stating that there are photographs of the meeting, but also answers in the affirmative that they need recordings of the meetings from the Trebjesa motel.
"Today we are entering Nikšić"
Đukanović explains to Lazović that he has never met Kosanović in his life:
"I've never had one in my life, and if they have them, let them show you, it's a lie and I can't see them with my own eyes. Our friend has a black G-Class, only diesel, you know what, that's all"...
Lazović replies that they were photographed by Interventa from Nikšić and asks him if he knows who the photographer might be.
Đukanović answers in the negative, adding: "I can't watch the flyovers," and then, swearing at the children, he again makes the excuse that "I can't hear or see anyone from them" and asks for a photo.
"I'll look for it, maybe they're lying, but starting today we're entering the National Championship, so we'll do it. Take pictures wherever you can, follow along," Lazović writes.
After that, the man from Nikšić complains that he is "burning out of the election because of those mutts", claiming that he has not been to the "market" for four months because of Rada Milosevic i Zdravko Kosanović.
"Since when did those s**ts start coming?"
Rade Milošević is an official of the Civic Movement URA, and Kosanović, or rather the company "Kozd Company", of which he was the owner and director from 2015 to July 2022, were linked to illegal cigarettes seized three years ago in Bar. Kosanović claimed at the time that he was not the owner of the seized cigarettes.
"We'll fuck their mother"
After a long apology to Lazović, Đukanović says: "I'd rather f*ck them, but I don't need everything, and then they'll dig in"...
The policeman replies that they now know that he was not seeing anyone, apparently a rival gang in the illegal cigarette smuggling business, but also political opponents, so he explains that "Miki said it was a lie"...
Nickname Miki on Sky was used by a Podgorica resident who is suspected by the Special State Prosecutor's Office in several cases, some of which resulted in an indictment for cigarette smuggling...
"And I'm really pissed off, brother, no one can say anything to me and my entire family on that issue. It's public knowledge, so go ahead and there's no need for me to justify myself or prove myself to anyone, but there are all kinds of scum and games," he writes, sending brutal insults at Milošević and his brother, as well as Kosanović.
Then he reproaches Lazović for not publishing information about the Miloševićs...
"I know everything, we'll f*** them," the policeman says.
"And I'm here for whatever it takes, for them to see the shit, and not let them go as they please, and the biggest scumbags and pussy-lickers are on the streets, and they're crying at the station. Well, there's no need for us, but let it all go, it'll be fine, and they won't until they're given a slap in the face, believe me," Đukanović sends.
After less than two hours, he informed Lazović that he had returned to the town near Trebjes.
Is anyone interested in the Trocadero?
They continue their correspondence a few days later, when the policeman offers Đukanović Trocadero cigarettes...
"Is anyone interested in the Trocadero?" writes Lazović.
The man from Nikšić informs him that he had been to Bosnia and Herzegovina that day, but that "it was really crowded here", that everyone had goods, and that he would check and let him know: "Is it Slims, how many are there and what is the price?".
Unlike Lover and Miki, Lazović is not included in the SDT indictment, which charges part of the Grand Clan with cigarette smuggling.
They shouldn't be allowed to breathe.
After receiving an offer for Trocadero, Đukanović asks a police officer to check on him: "Who is Branko Bošnjak from NS... He drives a Bentley NS 001 BG... He's running around Nikšić"...
Lazović replies that the person is from Nikšić and that he builds buildings, but the Nikšić resident is interested in "who it is for"...
Then he complains to Lazović that "someone" Vucurovic threw out how to Duško Koprivica I'm buying votes for DPS, and I also mentioned Yellow Vujacic, and he is against, waves for Dhaka".
The policeman writes to him that he should give a f***ing fuck what they're saying and that they should "just squeeze now"...
"I just don't want to touch the cattle and cause a problem, so when this is over... And we shouldn't let them breathe, and these local bums have now crossed over to Dhaka," replies the man from Nikšić.
At the beginning of February, Lazović wrote in his response to Đukanović that his father Zoran was also in the field with them...
"Let the brother from the sea finish it and break them... All sorts of scum go, drink," the man from Nikšić sends.
"Dad was with us, and we were all busy. There are a lot of them," writes Junior Lazović.
"I know, but it doesn't matter, just get this resolved and this garbage cleaned up. It's being done, but we need to be even stronger and more brazen, because these are rotten cattle. They have the President construction company and the President hotel in Belgrade. Everyone needs to be checked, because they're being squeezed too, and if they're bad, we should send them away," says Đukanović...
He receives a response from Lazović that he knows who these people are.
Three years after that correspondence, Đukanović was arrested in an operation by the Special State Prosecutor's Office, as part of a group of cigarette smugglers that he led. Aleksandar Aco Mijajlović.
The prosecution documents state that Mijajlović organized a criminal group in 2019, whose members included Đukanović, as well as Dejan Jokic, Golub Vojinović, Milenko Rabrenović, Radoje Rabrenović, Mirko Mijušković i Dragan Backovic, "as well as other currently unidentified persons"...
Both Lazovićs are included in the SDT's accusations that they subordinated the police service to the interests of the Kavač clan.
The elder Lazović is also accused of being part of the so-called Grand Clan, which laundered money for the head of the Kavač clan. Radoja ZvicerMijajlović is also in custody on the same suspicions. Ranko Ubović, Veselin Kovačević, Vladan Ivanovic...
"We live for CG and Z is everything to us"
A month before election day, the younger Lazović sends his associate from the party and the cigarette business information that he fabricated in agreement with the head of the Kavač clan, Radoje Zvicer - that the Serbian Security and Information Agency (BIA) and the Skaljarci are planning the assassination of his father Zoran Lazović and the then president of the state and DPS, Milo Đukanović.
Then he explained to him to pass it on to everyone.
From the correspondence it is clear that the man from Nikšić immediately did so, and reported everything to Lazović.
"Brother, this is a shame what is being done and what they are allowed to do and it would be better if we were not there if this scum can ask anything, I fly around the city all day and I insist on what I have to live and opportunities. I have everything, but I have nothing, if I need anything I am here and believe me I don't need anything as long as this scum is there. Now I will call my friend, and he was with you for lunch the day before yesterday and I wanted to go privately and when he told me I didn't want to bother him. I am in touch with my grandmother every day and insist on what I can and nothing is important to me in this, know that I live for Montenegro and my brothers and if anything is needed I am here. Now I am going to my friend and tell him all this and have them take maximum care of it," Đukanović replied on February 14, 2021.
The policeman, talking about the elections, replies that they are definitely pressing for it: "Well, if they killed us"...
"But please look at this, Z is everything to me, and he won't bend. Fitilj Brajović is the logistics guy, the one from NK," Lazović sends.
He sent it to him shortly after, in another correspondence, Zvicer asked him to mark Brajović as a person participating in the attack they were fabricating...
Petar Lazović often addresses his father Zoran with the initial "Z".
Đukanović promises that everything will be covered and writes: "We live for Montenegro and Z is everything to us, as well as a few others that I won't mention, but let it be our last if we let this crap happen, brother."
He calls Lazović an hour later, saying that he has passed everything on to "the other one", and then adds: "All the scum, my brother, and the biggest scum have been raised, but this too will be resolved," Đukanović writes.
"Well, we let that scum breed," Lazović replies...
That night, they exchange messages full of anger towards their political opponents, stating that "scum is being brought in"...
