Ukrainian citizen VK (25) was arrested in Herceg Novi on suspicion of harassing three minors.
As explained by the Police Directorate, he sexually harassed minors with non-verbal behavior, gestures, and verbal address that had a sexual connotation, which according to the law constitutes a criminal offense.
According to "Vijesti", the suspect approached girls who were having dinner in a cafe in Igalo, offered them money to come home with him, and while doing so, licked himself and made gestures in a way that had a sexual connotation.
He was deprived of his liberty after the mother of one of the girls filed a criminal complaint.
