The hearing for the review of the indictment against three defendants for the murder of Ilija Bogdanović in Cetinje was postponed today at the Higher Court in Podgorica due to the illness of one of the defendants.
Serbian citizens Mihailo Čolović (48) from Aranđelovac, Dragan Ilić (45) from Kragujevac, and Edi Balša Piralić (36) are charged with the murder of Ilija Bogdanović.
"The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, after conducting an investigation, filed an indictment against M. Č. and DI, for the criminal offense of aggravated murder and against EBP for the criminal offense of aggravated murder by aiding and abetting, committed on April 24, 2025 in Cetinje, to the detriment of IB, on which occasion the life of TB was also endangered," the Higher State Prosecutor's Office (VDT) announced earlier.
Cetinje resident Ilija Bogdanović (39) was killed at 20 minutes after midnight on the night between Wednesday and Thursday, April 24, 2025.
The murder took place on Vojvode Boža Street in Cetinje. Bogdanović was in a car with his wife when several shots were fired in his direction.
