The police filed a criminal complaint against MZ (24), who, according to the Police Directorate, was transporting beech wood without the necessary documentation.
As announced, he was controlled by the Šavnica police.
"On this occasion, it was determined that MZ was transporting beech wood without the necessary documentation, which incident was reported to the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Pljevlja, to whom the case files were submitted for assessment and opinion. The vehicle and the items in question were seized from MZ, while the acting prosecutor, after reviewing the case files, stated that MZ's actions constituted elements of the criminal offense of forest theft and a criminal complaint was filed against him in the regular procedure," the police announced.
