Former Democratic Front official Milo Bozovic He announced that he would buy ID cards in order to win the elections in Nikšić, but only if money arrived from Serbia.
"You're crazy... there's nothing to give if they give 1.000, since we can't compete here, we can only work with people until the elections, so what? If the Serbs give money, we'll give, if not then we'll use our muscles as always," Božović wrote on February 17. 2021.
He does this after the latter informs him that their political rivals are allegedly paying up to a thousand euros per vote, and, as he claims, from money earned from cigarette smuggling.
At the same time, this person, who writes hidden behind the Sky nickname F16, shares information with Božović that Miodrag Daka Davidović pays dearly for votes, but also accuses him of siding with the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
The elections in Nikšić were held in March 2021, when the DPS "moved" to the opposition benches - the campaign was full of negative charges and the previous government and the opposition exchanged serious accusations.
It emerges from the correspondence that Božović's interlocutor lives between Montenegro and Serbia, and at one point asks a DF official to expedite obtaining Serbian citizenship for his brother. JB who has lived in Niš for almost three decades...
The communication also shows that during the "battle for Nikšić" he and Božovć saw each other in the town near Trebjes, but not in Serbia because, writes Budvanin, he was under close police surveillance.
In mid-February of that year, the interlocutor insisted that he had to press harder for Nikšić, and the Budvanin replied that he thought it was going well.
"I think it's going to work, but I'm telling you that we shouldn't leave it to chance, this shit will hit us much harder than we think," Božović received a message after several hours of correspondence about the problem with appointing the Democratic Front candidate to head the Police Directorate.
The interlocutor of Budvanin estimates that it would be important to do this before the elections in Nikšić, and Božović writes to him: "Brother, this government is a piece of shit."
"Well, one doesn't know if the bastards should have been allowed to do certain things, and on the other hand, we need to see what is the smartest thing to do," he received a reply on February 10th.
Three days later, Božović received a screenshot of a text announcing that the police had searched him in Nikšić, and the question: "Are you alive?"...
The politician then claims that they are deliberately pumping it up in the media.
"Yes, brother. We're deliberately pumping the newspapers... I didn't let them search me, neither me nor my car. The emergency services were polite, but someone kept them on the line, so they had to keep us on the street for about 2 hours," Božović replies.
F16 reminds him that he is still an MP and notes that there is a lot of opposition in the emergency services, but that they are powerless when they receive orders.
On the same day, they agree to meet on February 15th, when Božović, as he says, plans to appear in Nikšić again.
According to the messages, they met in a bar in the city center near Trebjes, and a Serbian handball player was also with them. Vlada Mandic.
Božović warns his interlocutor about this after he wrote to him where they were waiting for him on February 15th.
"But Vlado Mandić is here, so I won't drag you in... If you want, I can go somewhere around here," he sends, but the person he's talking to says he'll come if Božović doesn't care...
Two days after the meeting, Božović's interlocutor was interested in how the newspaper presentation went, and he received the answer that everything went well and that "there were quite a few people".
"...I've reached PG, it seems to me that Daka will take our votes, I can see from the people's stories," he writes to Božović, which causes the latter to object, emphasizing that it is not good.
That's when the conversation about money begins, but also the decision of the ruling majority, which, less than five months before that, in the parliamentary elections held on August 30, 2020, sent the DPS and their coalition partners into opposition at the state level.
Božović asks his interlocutor if he saw what happened around the then chief special prosecutor Milivoj Katnić.
"Why have they given up voting now?" the interlocutor asks and receives the following answer:
"Fucking brother, that's what. They were scared by foreign spies and Kata, it seems... we told them we wouldn't vote anything until Kata was removed"...
That day, the adoption of amendments to the law on the prosecution, which were supposed to enable Katnić's dismissal, was abandoned.
Božović's interlocutor then asked why they didn't appoint a police director who would answer to them, but also "is Customs yours now?".
The Budvanin replies, "It belongs to us, but they haven't appointed anyone yet"...
"So why don't you appoint him, brothers, to remove the head of the Free Zone in Bar, to stop these people from working, they are still working, they kill every month, they take five, ten million, and then now people are talking about how Baklava and Ubović give as much as they need - three, six million, they buy people with that money. I don't understand what they are allowed to do, if someone is not in agreement with them. And then they give 1.000 e for a vote, because among other things they are allowed to continue working, and the Front doesn't buy anyone, brothers, and I hear what people are saying and how they are complaining, and on the third side, Daka is also buying, he gives his family 1.000 e and buys everything alive and a lot of those people who were at the rally will now vote for Daka," F16 wrote to the then New Serbian Democracy MP.
The Budvanin replies that they do not appoint the director of the Customs Administration, but the Government of Montenegro.
"...And they are big liars, brother. And that's a pain, brother. They agreed with us on Customs and a lot of things, and Katnić and the police director, and so far they haven't fulfilled any of it," Božović writes, explaining to his interlocutor that the head of the Customs Administration is appointed by the Government at the proposal of the Minister of Finance.
The Minister of Finance at that time was the current Prime Minister Milojko Spajić.
"That's why these guys are working down there and they'll earn 10 million in a month, which they'll put into the National Football League, and don't think that some of them won't be sold," F16 writes to him.
"I know everything, but what can I do... we work according to the National Council as much as we can, and at the same time we struggle with these scoundrels in the government and so on every day," Božović justifies himself.
The interlocutor then again accuses Davidović of buying votes: "And Daka also gives 500, 1,000 for a vote, he and these shitheads from DPS will take the votes of the Front, even though they are talking about how Daka will join them in a coalition."
"I don't believe we can lose NK. I don't think so many people will sell out. And I don't think Daka will join them either, the people will eat him up," Božović replied.
His, apparently political comrade, then lashed out at the voters, saying that the people were cattle:
"And father, the people are cattle, God forbid even St. Basil will not do it, but I'll tell you what people on the street say. And what black people, the people are cattle, because if they weren't cattle, they wouldn't have been in power for 30 years."
"I don't know, brother, people promise us, sign, what do I know. Those estimates aren't bad. The research is also good... Now we have to fight to the end and work for every vote," the politician replied.
"I agree, but how can you fight when Ubović Baklava etc. are giving a grand a vote, Daka also a grand, pesto...", he receives from his interlocutor, after which Božović sends that they have to fight, because they have no choice.
He then receives a proposal from Nikšić that they also buy people:
"Since there is no brother, we need to inject some money, to give people the opportunity to pick up these people who are breaking down"...
"We're trying to find the money, brother. We've already raised half a million... And we can't find 1.000 votes, brother, that's a lot of money," Božović explains.
Then the person he's talking to writes to him that he knows they can't give that much, and that he's only sharing information with him about how much the other party is paying...
"I don't know if you have that info?" he asks.
"People are reporting it, but who can believe that they're going to throw so much money at the local elections. We have to cover up for these people of ours, so what the hell," the Budvanin explained to him.
"So what does that mean to them, here's just what they took out in the last month, that's five to ten million. I wouldn't like you to misunderstand me, I'm talking about my children, that's what I told you, I'm not asking for money for myself, my interest is just to get rid of the shit, I'll give as much as I can, whether you give or not, so that at least something can be bought from those who are breaking," a message arrives for Božović.

"Vijesti" previously reported that members of the Kavač clan were monitoring officials of the former Democratic Front (DF) ahead of the 2021 Nikšić elections and were arranging to "burn" the car in which former Serbian handball player Vladimir Mandić and then DF MP Milo Božović arrived in Nikšić in mid-February.

Božović's interlocutor claimed during the conversation that he would, after all, buy those who are breaking down ahead of the elections:
"As far as I'm concerned, they don't have to, I've explained the situation to you to some extent, but I can't do this, but when we meet. I will definitely give some of those who are struggling 100, a hundred votes, better that than nothing. The fight will be big... They won't accept that people compromise and resent each other for a small amount of money, when I told them a couple of thousand, they won't even talk," he explains.
Božović suggests that they meet in Podgorica the next day to talk and receives the following response:
"Come on, let's come up with a strategy, let's see what, how we're going to do it, because you know yourself, you told me, that these scumbags are ready for anything. Well, I'll be ready for anything, just to see true support, honesty, if necessary, they'll have their hair blown out in public if we get to that situation, because we've been suffering oppression for a long time"...
