Podgorica police arrested Vasilije Mišurović (22) on suspicion of attempting to kill MS in Dahna on November 18, the Police Directorate (UP) announced today.
The statement states that he is suspected of attempted aggravated murder in conjunction with the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
"Namely, on November 18, at around 10 minutes before midnight, the police were notified that a firearm had been used in the immediate vicinity of a gas station in the Podgorica settlement of Dahna. On that occasion, MS sustained injuries to his thigh and upper leg. Intensive police and prosecutorial activities were undertaken in relation to this event, and the suspect VM (22) was identified and arrested," the statement reads.
The UP said that Mišurović, along with a criminal report, will be brought before the acting prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office for further jurisdiction within the legally prescribed time limit.
