The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Department in the Royal Capital of Cetinje, sentenced MM to 15 days in prison.
As stated by Judge Ana Bokan, spokesperson for the Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, MM was driving a vehicle today on the Podgorica-Cetinje road under the influence of alcohol in his body with a concentration of 3,01g/kg.
"With the same decision, the defendant was given 3 penalty points and a protective measure of a ban on driving a category 'B' motor vehicle for 4 months," Bokan stated.
