Bar police arrested two persons of operational interest last night.
"MM (20) from Podgorica was driving an unregistered vehicle without a passed driving test, under the influence of cocaine and alcohol in his blood," the police statement on the X network reads.
PV (26) from Bar, they add, refused a drug test.
