The Berane police have filed a criminal complaint against the company "SG" from that city, within which the catering unit "HB" operates, and the responsible person in that company, I.Š. (37).
The report was filed on suspicion that they committed the criminal offenses of causing public danger and a serious offense against public safety.
"It is suspected that these persons committed criminal acts of causing general danger and serious harm to general safety by failing to provide a platform in front of the entrance to the aforementioned catering unit, which is located at a height of approximately 2,85 meters in relation to the entrance to the basement of the building, which resulted in the fall of one person from the aforementioned height, who sustained serious bodily injuries," the Police Directorate announced.
