AR (22) from Budva was found guilty and sentenced to 15 days in prison.
"Today, in the early morning hours, he was caught driving a vehicle under the influence of 1,32 per mille of alcohol in his body on a local road in Budva. He was tried according to the indictment of the Police Administration - Security Department of Budva, after he was brought to court within the legally prescribed time limit. The court ordered him to be banned from driving for two months, as well as the maximum number of penalty points that the Police Administration will implement upon the finality of the decision," said Marko Đukanović, President of the Budva Minor Offences Court.
