The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje issued an order to conduct an investigation with a proposal to order detention of the defendant DM from Rožaje, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of attempted murder.
"The evidence collected shows that there is a reasonable suspicion that on November 27, 2025, at around 1:30 a.m., in the catering facility 'B' in R., the defendant attempted to kill the injured party AM by repeatedly hitting him in the chest area with a knife blade during an argument, causing him serious bodily injuries in the form of stab wounds," the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje announced.
By a decision of that prosecutor's office dated November 27, suspect DM was ordered to be detained for up to 72 hours.
