After questioning, PM from Mojkovci was ordered to be detained for up to 72 hours, on suspicion of committing a criminal offense - domestic violence or violence in a family community.
The Mojkovac Security Department today submitted a criminal report against PM to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Bijelo Polje, which indicates a reasonable suspicion that he committed the crime, the ODT announced.
"From the criminal report and the annexes to it, it follows that the suspect PM, on November 28, 2025, at around 6 p.m., in Mojkovac, in the family home, committed violence against his family member, the injured party's brother MM, by physically attacking him and verbally threatening him, during which the injured party sustained an injury," the statement reads.
