The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, after conducting an investigation, filed an indictment against four people for the criminal offense of robbery.
As announced by the prosecutor's office, an indictment has been filed against LB, FI, AZ and AT.
"The indictment charges the defendants with having, on March 8, in the apartment used by the injured party EC in Podgorica, using force to seize someone else's movable property with the intention of obtaining an unlawful material benefit worth 2.446 euros, and in doing so, intentionally causing EC serious bodily injury," the statement says.
It is stated that the indictment proposed an extension of detention for LB, while a trial in absentia and detention were proposed for FI, AZ and AT.
