The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica ordered the detention of KO for up to 72 hours due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of illicit sexual activity in conjunction with the criminal offense of misuse of someone else's recording, photograph, portrait, audio recording or document with sexually explicit content.
"It is suspected that on November 27, in a hotel in Podgorica, the suspect took actions against the injured party, N. Đ., violating her sexual integrity against her will, and that he then threatened her by publishing a recording with sexually explicit content," the Podgorica Public Prosecutor's Office announced.
It is added that the suspect was detained by order of the prosecutor due to the risk of reoffending, bearing in mind that he is a person who has been previously convicted several times.
