ML (19) from Berane is suspected of enabling the consumption of marijuana for three people in Berane, while ND (36) from Podgorica is suspected of enabling a fellow citizen to consume drugs in Bijelo Polje.
This was announced today by the Police Administration (UP).
The institution said that criminal charges have been filed against both suspects.
"Officers of the Regional Security Center 'North' have, in accordance with planned activities to prevent and detect all forms of drug abuse, with a special emphasis on street sales, filed criminal charges against two individuals. In Berane, a criminal charge was filed against ML (19) from Berane, on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of facilitating the consumption of narcotic drugs, which he is suspected of committing by enabling the consumption of marijuana for three persons in the territory of the municipality of Berane. In Bijelo Polje, a criminal charge was filed against ND (36) from Podgorica on suspicion that he also committed the criminal offense of facilitating the consumption of narcotic drugs by enabling the consumption of narcotics for one person from Podgorica, in the territory of the municipality of Bijelo Polje," the UP statement reads.
