The Podgorica Misdemeanor Court sentenced IM to 45 days in prison for refusing to submit to a drug test as a driver, while SP was sentenced to 15 days in prison for driving with a blood alcohol content of more than two per mille.

"The Misdemeanor Court in Podgorica sentenced the defendant IM to 45 days in prison for committing a misdemeanor under Article 317a, paragraph 1, item 7, in connection with Article 291 of the Law on Road Traffic Safety, namely because on 7 December 2025, as a traffic participant, he refused to undergo testing for psychoactive substances. By the same decision, the defendant was given three penalty points and a protective measure of prohibition from driving a category B motor vehicle for a period of four months. The Misdemeanor Court in Podgorica sentenced the defendant SP to 15 days in prison because on 7 December 2025, he participated in public transport under the influence of alcohol in his body at a concentration of 2,06 g/kg. By the same decision, the defendant was given three penalty points and a protective measure of prohibition from driving a category "D" motor vehicle for a period of four months. "month," said Bokan.
