Vladimir Ulama (32) and Igor Tomašević (28), members of a high-risk organized crime group (OKG) from Montenegro, were questioned today at the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.

"The duty public prosecutor of the First Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, after a certain detention of 48 hours, questioned the suspect VU (31) on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of Forging a Document under Article 355, paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, as well as the suspect IT (28) on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of Forging a Document under Article 355, paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code and the criminal offense of Unauthorized Production, Possession, Carrying and Trafficking of Weapons and Explosives under Article 348, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. During the interrogation, the suspects presented their defense, after which a motion was submitted to the First Basic Court in Belgrade for detention in relation to both suspects, bearing in mind that they are foreign citizens and that an Interpol arrest warrant has been issued for them. During the proceedings, the public prosecutor will collect all necessary evidence in order to establish the correct and complete factual situation, after which he will make a decision on further action, which will be "The public will be informed," reads a statement published by N1.

Ulama is wanted in Montenegro for the following criminal offenses: creation of a criminal organization - for which criminal proceedings are being conducted against him before the High Court in Podgorica, as well as for serving a prison sentence for the criminal offense - assault on an official in the performance of official duty, for which he was convicted by a verdict of the Basic Court in Bar.

Tomašević is wanted to ensure his presence in the criminal proceedings being conducted against him before the Higher Court in Podgorica for the following criminal offenses: attempted murder, unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, and violent behavior.
