Ulcinj resident MM (30) was sentenced to 15 days in prison and a fine of 720 euros after he drove an unregistered vehicle without a driving license and refused a drug test.
The Budva Minor Offences Court announced that MM was tried today in an urgent procedure because at around 17 pm in Ulcinj he was found driving an unregistered vehicle and without a passed driving test.
"He also refused to be tested for the presence of psychoactive substances in his body," the statement said.
It is stated that the judge on duty, Anka Rašović, decided to execute the prison sentence before the decision becomes final, because he is a repeat offender in committing serious traffic violations.
The statement states that the defendant MM was immediately taken to UIKS Spuž.
