The Police Directorate – OB Bijelo Polje submitted to the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, on 15.03.2019, the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje ordered the detention of M.Č. Bjelopoljac for the criminal offense of domestic violence.
The criminal report filed by the Bijelo Polje Police Department indicates that on December 6, at around 19 p.m., in Bijelo Polje, in the family home, the suspect M.Č. endangered the psychological integrity of his wife through insolent and reckless behavior.
"And acted in a manner that insulted human dignity, hurling multiple curses and insults at her, during which he broke the glass of the house's front door with his fist," the statement reads.
After questioning the suspect, the State Prosecutor issued a decision ordering his detention for up to 72 hours.
