The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Danilovgrad Department, sentenced MR to 20 days in prison for refusing to undergo drug testing.
This was announced to "Vijesti" by Judge Ana Bokan.
On December 9, MR, as a road user, refused to submit to a psychoactive substance test.
"The same decision imposed three penalty points on the defendant and a protective measure of a four-month ban on driving a category B motor vehicle," said Bokan.
