The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica has issued an order to suspend the investigation against Serbian citizens Emir Crnovršanin and Admir Kačar.
They were suspected of attempting to kill two Azerbaijani citizens in Ulcinj on June 6 of this year.
The Higher Court ruling states that an order was issued to suspend the investigation against Crnovršanin and Kačar because there is no evidence that they committed a criminal offense or any other offense that is prosecuted ex officio.
