DI (47) from Kotor was found guilty and sentenced to 15 days in prison.
"He was sentenced by Judge Ivana Vukasović after the allegations in the indictment were proven that on the same day after he was stopped by a police patrol in the town of Price, he refused to undergo a so-called 'drug test'. In addition to the sentence, he was also banned from driving for 4 months and given the maximum number of penalty points to be implemented by the Police Directorate," announced the President of the Budva Minor Offences Court, Marko Đukanović.
