The Basic Court in Pljevlja ordered the suspect I.Dž to be detained for the criminal offense of unlawful sexual acts.
"On 11.12.2025. the investigating judge of the Basic Court in Pljevlja ordered detention for up to 30 days for the suspect I. D.Z. from P. due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of unlawful sexual activity under Article 208, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro in connection with the criminal offense of rape under Article 204, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro in connection with the criminal offense of unlawful deprivation of liberty under Article 162, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro," announced the president of the court - spokesperson Marina Jelovac.
Detention was ordered because, as announced, there are circumstances indicating that the suspect could influence witnesses if he remains at large.
