The investigating judge ordered the detention of up to 30 days for Baranin Lazar Vulević, suspected of a double murder in Nikšić.
Vulević is suspected of the murder of MP (74) and MV (41), and his detention was ordered due to the risk of flight and repetition of the criminal offense.
The prosecution charges him with the criminal offenses of aggravated murder and illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives.
Independent Public Relations Advisor of the Higher Court in Podgorica, Ivana Vukmirović, told "Vijesti" that the suspect's detention was ordered based on the grounds for detention under Article 175, points 1, 3 and 4 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
