The police filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić against IK (44) from Podgorica, suspected of fraud.
As announced by the Police Directorate, he is suspected of having misled three elderly injured parties in October, in the territories of Nikšić and Plužine, by presenting himself as a close relative of them, causing them to pay him a total of 2.710 euros on the basis of a loan.
"In this way, IK obtained illegal material gain in the aforementioned amount. This person is in the UIKS, also on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of fraud in the territory of several cities in Montenegro," the police statement reads.
