The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica announced today that it has filed an indictment against LB for illegally keeping cocaine for sale in the vehicle he was driving.
"The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, after conducting an investigation, filed an indictment against LB for the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, which indictment, along with a proposal for the extension of detention, was submitted to the Higher Court in Podgorica for processing," the statement said.
"The indictment charges the defendant with possessing the narcotic drug cocaine for the purpose of sale on October 4 in Ulcinj, by keeping a PVC bag containing 73,32 grams of cocaine in the vehicle he was driving, which he threw out of the vehicle he was driving, where he was discovered by authorized police officers," the statement reads.
