The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica announced today that, after conducting an investigation, it has filed an indictment against AR for attempted murder and against TM for aiding and abetting aggravated murder, and that the indictment has been submitted to the Higher Court in Podgorica for processing.
"The indictment charges the defendant AR with intentionally attempting to take the life of the injured party IN in a catering facility in Podgorica on May 17, and thereby endangering the lives of L. Š. and MR, by driving to the facility on an electric scooter, and then on foot approaching the table on the terrace of the catering facility where IN, L. Š. and MR were sitting, firing several bullets in the direction of the injured party IN, who sustained serious bodily injuries on that occasion, thereby endangering the lives of the injured parties L. Š. and MR, and committing the criminal offense of attempted aggravated murder," the statement states.
The Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica added that TM is charged with intentionally aiding AR in the commission of a criminal offense, in that, knowing that the previously agreed plan would be implemented in the form of an attempt to murder the person in question and endangering the lives of other people, he made an electric scooter available to AR, which the defendant AR used that day when arriving at the scene, thereby committing the criminal offense of aggravated murder by aiding and abetting.
