Plužine: Suspected of taking a minor to an apartment, hurting her and threatening her

GA (42) from Plužine was arrested on suspicion of taking a minor (11) against her will to his apartment, injuring her and threatening her, the Police Directorate (UP) announced today.

The statement states that GA was arrested by Pluzine police officers and that he is suspected of the criminal offense of violent behavior in conjunction with the criminal offense of unlawful deprivation of liberty.

"Namely, GA (42) from Plužine was deprived of his liberty because, as is suspected, he committed the acts he is charged with by taking an 11-year-old minor against his will, using physical force, to his apartment where he addressed threatening words to him, also using physical force," the statement states.

The UP added that after the case was reported, the police brought the CA to the official premises, where information was collected from him for the record.

The statement also states that GA was breathalyzed, and that it was determined that he had 1,85 per mille of alcohol in his system.

"The injured minor was taken to receive medical attention, where doctors diagnosed him with minor physical injuries. The police informed the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, as well as the prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, about the incident. The Basic State Prosecutor stated that the actions of the CA contain elements of the criminal offense of violent behavior in conjunction with the criminal offense of unlawful deprivation of liberty, so this person was deprived of liberty and he will be brought to the acting prosecutor for further jurisdiction within the legal deadline, along with a criminal report," the UP said.
