After conducting an investigation, the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje filed an indictment against DJ for the criminal offense of domestic violence or family violence, with a proposal for an extension of detention.
According to the ODT, the defendant is charged with having abused, repeatedly used violence, made threats and, through insolent and reckless behavior, violated the physical and mental integrity of his former partner on the night between November 21 and 22, 2025, in Bijelo Polje, while intoxicated, causing serious bodily injuries to the injured party.
