The State Prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Nikšić filed an indictment against BM for the criminal offense of sexual harassment with the Basic Court in Nikšić.
As announced by the Nikšić ODT, evidence collected during the investigation leads to a reasonable suspicion that BM sexually harassed a child.
