The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Danilovgrad Department, sentenced two people to 30 days in prison each for driving under the influence of alcohol.
Minor Offences Court judge, spokesperson Ana Bokan, said that DV was sentenced to 30 days in prison because On December 17, he drove a vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a concentration of 1,89g/kg.
Driver $.S. was sentenced to 30 days in prison because he drove a vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the same day with a concentration of 2,02g/kg.
The defendants were also given three penalty points and a protective measure of a four-month ban on driving a category B motor vehicle.
"When deciding on the type and amount of the sentence, the court took into account the fact that the defendants had previously been punished for the same type of offense, which the court considered as an aggravating circumstance on the defendants' side," Bokan stated.
She added that NG was also sentenced to 15 days in prison for driving under the influence of alcohol with a concentration of 1,68g/kg.
