The Budva Misdemeanor Court sentenced RD (48) from Nikšić to 40 days in prison for driving in Perast with more than two per mille of alcohol in his blood and for driving during a period in which he was prohibited from doing so.
"He was tried in an urgent procedure, because during a traffic control in Perast it was determined that he was driving under the influence of alcohol with a concentration of 2,28 per mille during the period for which he was banned from driving motor vehicles in the previous procedure. In addition to the sentence, the judge on duty Ivana Vukasović also imposed a ban on driving vehicles for a period of six months, as well as the maximum number of penalty points," said Marko Đukanović, President of the Budva Minor Offences Court.
