A criminal complaint has been filed against HM from Kosovo on suspicion that he illegally occupied state land on Mount Hajli, near the Štedim Ski Center, and built a facility without the necessary construction documentation.
The Police Directorate announced that officers of the Regional Security Center "North", Rožaje Security Department, "in accordance with planned activities in accordance with the state's strategic commitment to make the protection of nature and the environment one of the key national priorities", have undertaken activities in the fight against environmental crime and have shed light on the criminal act committed on the aforementioned mountain.
"A criminal complaint has been filed against HM from Kosovo, on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of illegal land occupation. He committed this offense by illegally occupying state land on the territory of Montenegro and building a building without the necessary construction documentation," the statement reads.
The Police Directorate says that the focus of police officers and their actions continues to be on detecting criminal offenses in areas defined as national priorities and prosecuting those responsible, all with the aim of protecting the state, its interests, and the personal and property security of citizens.
