Beranac AL (29) was sentenced today to 21 days in prison after refusing to be tested for the presence of narcotics in his body, the Budva Minor Offences Court announced.
As reported by the Budva Minor Offense Court, AL, as a taxi driver, was stopped by a police patrol on a local road in Budva early this morning, at around two hours and 15 minutes.
"On that occasion, he refused to undergo a drug test," the statement said.
The Misdemeanor Court said that AL was also given a four-month driving ban, as well as the maximum number of penalty points.
