Budva police arrested Azerbaijani citizen ZM (47) and Russian citizen EP (26) who fought yesterday in front of a bar in the center of Budva.
This morning, they were brought to the Budva Misdemeanor Court with misdemeanor charges, where the court president, Judge Marko Đukanović, as confirmed to "Vijesti", imposed fines on them, which were immediately collected.
The Azerbaijani was given a single fine of 725 euros, and the Russian citizen was given a fine of 375 euros.
"Yesterday, at around 17 pm, inside and in front of a catering facility on Ulica žrtava fašizma in Budva, in a public place, they physically fought each other, exchanging blows with their hands and feet to the head and body, thereby committing violations under the Public Order and Peace Act," Vijesti was told.
An Azerbaijani man threatened a Russian citizen, and on the same day, at around 18 pm, he continued to threaten and insult him in the official premises of the Budva Security Department - hallway, thereby committing a violation of the Law on Public Order and Peace for an extended period of time.
