The police in Herceg Novi filed a criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Herceg Novi against D. Ć. from Danilovgrad on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of forging a document.
"Yesterday, at the Debeli Brijeg border crossing, at the entrance to Montenegro, the suspect presented a passport and a driving license of the Czech Republic in the name of MV during border control, which were determined to be forgeries after a detailed border control, in cooperation with Frontex officers," the Police Directorate announced.
It is added that information was collected from D. Ć. in the official premises, during which he stated that he had purchased the forged documents in Spain for 1.200 euros.
By order of the acting prosecutor, D. Ć. was deprived of his liberty and he will be brought before the acting prosecutor for further proceedings today.
