Turkish citizen GMC (22) was arrested in Germany on an international arrest warrant issued by Montenegrin Interpol.
He is wanted based on an order of the Basic Court in Podgorica dated July 8, 2025, for the purpose of conducting criminal proceedings on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of kidnapping a minor, the Police Directorate announced.
Also, Ulcinj police located and arrested Kosovo citizen IA (45) on the territory of that municipality.
"The named person is wanted by the Kosovo law enforcement authorities to serve a one-year prison sentence, imposed by the Basic Court in Mitrovica, for the criminal offense of minor bodily harm," the statement reads.
