Ulcinj resident I.Lj. (46) was sentenced to 15 days in prison for driving under the influence of marijuana on January 7th in Ulcinj.
In addition to the prison sentence, he was also banned from driving in Montenegro for four months and given three penalty points.
"He was tried in an urgent procedure, in which it was determined that on January 7, 2026, at around 3:20 p.m., he was driving a vehicle on a local road in Ulcinj under the influence of the narcotic drug marijuana. In addition to the prison sentence, the judge on duty in Ulcinj, Slađana Barjaktarević, also imposed a protective measure of a four-month driving ban on the territory of Montenegro, as well as three penalty points, which will be enforced by the Police Directorate upon the finality of the decision," announced the President of the Budva Minor Offences Court, Marko Đukanović.
