The Podgorica Minor Offences Court, Nikšić Department, sentenced D.Š. from Nikšić to 60 days in prison for several misdemeanors.
This was told to "Vijesti" by judge and spokesperson for that court, Ana Bokan.
"The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, Nikšić Department, sentenced the defendant D.Š. to a single prison sentence of 60 days for committing offences under the Law on Public Order and Peace," said Bokan.
She added that the defendant caused public unrest today, in Nikšić, in a public place, by breaking the left rear-view mirror and front windshield of a cargo vehicle owned by the injured DB with his hand.
"...after which he behaved particularly offensively towards the injured party, saying 'I'll fuck your mother in the grave', and after the injured party warned him to move away from the vehicle and get in, he continued to kick the vehicle door, after which the injured party got out of the vehicle and on that occasion the defendant physically attacked him, giving him one blow to the head - temple area," said Judge Bokan.
