The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica announced that the Basic Court has confirmed its indictment against IO, who is charged with transporting pyrotechnic devices and explosive materials from Rožaje to Podgorica.
"The Basic Court in Podgorica, at a hearing held on December 25, 2025, confirmed the indictment of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica dated October 17, 2025, charging the defendant IO with committing the criminal offense of illicit trafficking in weapons and explosives.
"The defendant is charged with having taken over and transferred pyrotechnic devices and explosive materials from Rožaje to Podgorica on April 15, 2025, with the intention of obtaining unlawful material gain, for the purpose of handing them over to an unidentified person for a monetary reward," the ODT statement states.
