After conducting an investigation, the Podgorica Higher State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Arjan Rečković for the murder of Igor Nedović on July 16th last year in Podgorica.
He is charged with the criminal offense of aggravated murder, as well as the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives, the prosecutor's office announced.
The indictment was submitted to the Higher Court in Podgorica for processing.
"The indictment charges the defendant AR with having, on July 16, 2025, in Podgorica, deprived the life of the person IN and endangered the life of the person ES, by firing several projectiles at the injured parties when the injured party IN left the yard of his house and while he was in the company of the person ES, from which projectiles the injured party IN sustained bodily injuries that resulted in his death," the statement reads.
