The duty prosecutor of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, after questioning, ordered the detention of MB from Rt. Grad for up to 72 hours, for assaulting an official in the performance of official duty.
From the criminal report and the annexes to it, submitted by the Bijelo Polje police, it follows that the suspect MB, on the night of January 18, 2026, at around one o'clock after midnight, in the town of Nikoljac, Bijelo Polje municipality, after being stopped by police officers to check vehicles and persons, made several threats to the injured police officer NM, which he continued to make after he was brought to the premises of the Duty Service of the Bijelo Polje Security Department.
