A Nikšić resident living in Ulcinj, SA (35), was fined 2.000 euros and banned from driving for six months.
This decision, as confirmed to "Vijesti", was made by judge Anka Rašović of the Budva Minor Offences Court - Ulcinj Department.
"Last night at 8:30 pm in Ulcinj, the defendant was driving a passenger motor vehicle and during the control refused to undergo an examination using appropriate means to determine the presence of psychoactive substances, which he was ordered to do by authorized police officers, thus committing a violation of the Law on Road Traffic Safety. The court, based on the same legal regulation, fined him 2000 euros," Vijesti was told.
