Radomir Bigović from Herceg Novi reacted to the statement of the Police Directorate stating that a BMW had been temporarily confiscated from a member of the OKG from Herceg Novi.
We transmit the response in full:
"Regarding the information that you, as one of the most widely read media outlets, reported, quoting the Police Directorate of 18.01.2026, that a targeted control of a catering facility in Portonovo was carried out, the tenant of which is a member of the OKG, during which two persons of operational interest, members of an organized criminal group RB and NZ from Herceg Novi, were controlled.
I am addressing you as RB and my name and surname are Radomir Bigović and I would like to publicly refute the incorrect information that the Police Directorate forwarded to the media. Whether intentionally or not, that is a question for the Police Directorate.
The Police Directorate's allegations that I am a member of any OKG are incorrect, I have never been, and I will never be. The information that I and the other person mentioned in the statement were controlled together is incorrect. The allegations from the statement that I and the other person mentioned in the disputed text belong to the same OKG are not true because I do not belong to any. My car was taken away without any reason, without any explanation, without any expressed suspicion that I did something against the law, without any violation having been committed. Obviously, someone from the Police Directorate does not know the situation they have announced.
The information they provided to the newspaper editorial offices is full of inaccuracies and complete untruths. Such mistakes are not the first time they have occurred and arise from insufficient knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the individuals being reported or from a malicious intent to harm me.
For the Police Administration, it should be most important that the information they publish is accurate, supported by documents and facts. I would like to know who connected me and classified me in any OKG, how and why, and in whose interest, so that someone from the police can publicly announce the name and surname of the person who classified me or tried to classify me as a member of any group, including OKG. If someone from the Police Administration is trying to target me and my family by inventing such untruths, they are a little mistaken on that issue.
This is so incorrect and untrue that in the future, if such untruths are made public about me and my brothers, the law firm we hired will deal with them.
"I end any further correspondence with the Police Directorate with this denial," Bigović wrote in his response, which was provided to Vijesti by lawyer Srđa Lješković.
