The Bijelo Polje police filed a criminal complaint against ZM on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of illegal occupation of land and against MB for the criminal offense of constructing a building without a construction application and documentation.
The Police Directorate announced that it is suspected that ZM built a 231 square meter (m²) facility last year, illegally occupying 30 m² of state land over which the Government of Montenegro has the right to dispose.
It is also alleged that MB is suspected of having built two buildings last year without registration and appropriate construction documentation on the territory of the municipality of Pljevlja.
It is added that criminal charges were filed against ZM and MB in regular proceedings at the order of the acting prosecutors.
Officers of the Regional Security Center "North" will continue to combat all forms of crime, with an emphasis on those forms that are defined as national priorities.
