Police officers from the Regional Security Center "South" arrested Č. P. (72), who is suspected of the criminal offense of unlawful sexual acts in connection with the criminal offense of sexual intercourse by abuse of position.
"Namely, Č. P. (72) is suspected of this criminal offense, which he is suspected of committing to the detriment of a minor by inappropriately touching and gesturing," the Police Directorate announced.
Č. P. was arrested on the orders of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor.
He was brought before the prosecutor in charge for further proceedings within the legal deadline, along with a criminal report.
