Lawyer Darko Hajduković, Sadudin Bećiragić's attorney, announced today that Bećiragić's current life has no connection to any form of illegality.

"Regarding your text entitled 'Benefactors' known from the south and north: greenwashing in Montenegro, and the arbitrary and unfounded information that has been publicly published, I would like to, as the attorney for the injured party Sadudin Bećiragić from Bar, deny all claims that have been made regarding his name and alleged criminal activities and actions of greenwashing and some kind of debt collection, and the engagement of persons from Sarajevo who are originally from the Sandžak district.
Sadudin Bećiragić was born and raised in Rožaje, in a working-class and above all honest family, and today he lives and works in Bar, as a respected businessman, and his current life has no connection to any form of illegality, and especially not to the criminal activities that are reported in your text.
He is married and the father of one child, and the unverified and inaccurate allegations in your text cause him considerable harm, both to him and his family, and it is simply incredible that before publishing it, the Vijesti journalist did not even try to contact my government boss, Sadudin Bećiragić, which is completely unprofessional and one-sided sensationalist reporting.
"At the same time, we call on all public figures to first verify such allegations when making such qualifications, contact the person to whom the allegations refer, and only then air such or similar texts that cause damage, in this case my government," Hajduković said in his reaction.
