The Bijelo Polje police have filed a criminal complaint against Serbian citizen ED (19) on suspicion of stealing 10 euros from a man from Bijelo Polje's bag while she was in his house.
This was announced today by the Police Administration (UP).
"Police officers of the Regional Security Center 'North' - Bijelo Polje Security Department conducted intensified activities aimed at shedding light on criminal acts from the previous period, during which one serious theft was uncovered and a criminal report was filed against one person," the UP statement said.
The police added that a criminal complaint has been filed against ED (19), a Serbian citizen, on suspicion of committing the crime of aggravated theft against a person from Bijelo Polje.
"It is suspected that the named person, while in the injured party's house, took advantage of the inattention of the household members and stole an envelope containing 10.000 euros in various denominations from a bag, thereby obtaining unlawful material gain for herself. Police officers will continue with intensive activities to uncover and prosecute the perpetrators of criminal acts, in continuous cooperation with the competent prosecutor's office," the UP statement reads.
