Commenting on the Miloš Medenica case, President of the state Jakov Milatović said that in that case, everything was seen in Montenegro except for someone's responsibility.
"From the beginning, I insisted that citizens must be accurately informed, that someone here must be held accountable for the state of the security system, and I continue to insist on that. There is not enough political accountability in Montenegro," Milatović told RTCG.
He added that in order for us to become better, there must be someone's clear responsibility.
