After a hearing at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Berane, detention for up to 72 hours was ordered for one adult (MK) and two minors (EK and AK), suspected of the criminal offense of coercion.

As announced by the Berane ODT, on February 12, at around 1:40 p.m., in Petnjica, suspects MK and minors EK and AK, by prior agreement and jointly, in a cruel manner, by force and threat, forced the injured minors to do something:

"In the way that MK waited for them in front of the high school they attend and then took them in his vehicle to a nearby village, where EK and AK were waiting for them, who wore balaclavas on their heads and immediately tied the injured parties to trees with rope, inflicted several blows on their heads and bodies, and then made several serious threats, during which they filmed them and demanded that the injured parties apologize for alleged disagreements in the previous period," the statement states.

They were detained due to the risk of them committing a repeat crime and influencing witnesses.
